HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Keri is knowledgeable with Human Resource (HR) procedures, policies, orientation, benefits, and personnel records. She plays a dynamic role in the onboarding of new hires, as well as developing and implementing new policies and procedures to create efficiencies and blissful employees.
She works comprehensively at the Manager level, to assist with evolving/updating job descriptions to ensure the employees duties and/or responsibilities are clearly defined. Her extensive organizational skills, allow her to effectively work with the Manager team to successfully implement, support, and encourage a career development framework to maintain long-term employees!
